My name is Uta Langley
For 20 years I have been training and coaching people and groups in private and public organisations to be better communicators, managers, presenters as well as helping people to start their own business. Only recently I finally realised that the umbrella of all my work is Happiness at Work. I am deeply passionate about being happy at work because I have firsthand experience of feeling miserable and unhappy at work and the impact that has not only on your work but all of your life. Three years later I jumped into self employment and haven’t looked back. I had difficult moments and even years but I have learned so much in the process both from my own journey and my clients’ experiences. It’s time to share insights, learnings and practical tips and strategies.
I have been inspired and influenced by many people over the past 20 years. Only recently the area of positive psychology has taken off, providing a vocabulary as well as a scientific basis for our work. I have pulled together a group of experts across the world to share their knowledge, insights and strategies with you whether you are in a corporate environment, a manager, executive or self employed, owner of a business.
