I ran a workshop today on Clean & Crafty Presentations for people whose job invovles promoting their agency or charity.

Starting with my self, I asked each delegate to answer the question above.

# when I go in to wake my child and her face lights up when she sees me.

# That my [autistic] son attends ordinary school and does things that others said he wouldn't be able to.

# Birdsong and tending my garden.

# Long lunches with friends and laughing a lot.

# soaking in the bath when my hubby's gone to work and the kids have left for school
