Sowing The Seed!

There is a law of the land that is called the laws of sowing and reaping. If you have ever heard of laws of attraction this is similar to it. You are in business for your self to make a difference in your life and to help other people do the same. When you got into this arena of network marketing you may have made a list of prospects. This is the fuel to any MLM having a list of people to talk to. No matter how you get people on the list you need people to talk to about your opportunity. Now the seed I am talking about is your opportunity, and don't let anyone fool you because you have excellent seed. This is a key point to the laws of sowing and reaping. Some people do not have excellent seed or some people may try to tell you don't but I am hear to tell you do! You must be an ambitious sower you can not just talk to leads or prospects on the weekends. You must have a pipeline of people to talk to or your seed does you no good. Do whatever it takes to find these people as you know already they just don't come to you, You must be the one that goes to them.

Third you will find people that are just like the second group but they join your business and be very ambitious about it. But once they hit a road block or run out of people to talk to and nobody joins in there business they call it quits.  These are people that don't stay and you must understand this also, and move on to the other people on your list. Fourth your going to find people that are pumped about your opportunity and join in because they have found what they have been looking for, and you the person that brought it to them. This is the most exciting group because you are now building a downline a your efforts of sowing your seed are paying off. In this group you must understand that there are different classifications of people percentage wise. In this group of people that are committed in MLM there will be some that do 100% some will do 80% and others will do 40% percent. This can not be changed buy you they must determine for them self that they want to do more. The only thing you can do is a accept this fact and continue to train and motivate these people. One point that I will like to make is if you do something long enough a ratio will appear. The cool thing is the ratio can improve over time. So if you talk to 100 people and get 1 the ratio has started. Then the next time you talk to 100 and get 2 then you are getting better. So stick with it and talk to people.

What's going to happen when you sow your seed? First you will find people that don't want to listen to you! This is OK they are not ready yet, and you must be aware of this and understand that they are not ready and move on. If you try to convince these people your wasting your valuable time. Second is that you will find people that are open to what you have to say. But they hear what you have to say and make up in there mind that they like they like the idea of having a business at home.
