Who is it for?Teachers, Sencos, learning mentors, home tutors, and others who want to motivate, inspire and more effectively influence those they teach and mentor.

What is it?A different approach to communicating with the ‘hard to teach’ that helps to increas their Emotional Intelligence by modelling the attributes of crafty listening, which are: Curiosity Responsiveness Assertiveness Focus Thoughtfulness Yes! What does it offer?Models, theories and techniques based on solid research and sound theory. Some will probably be familiar to you; others might offer new perspectives, and all of them can be taught fairly easily to your learners.

On: 15 November 2011: 10am to 4pm
