Inspiring Capability - Group Coaching and Personal Transformation - a year long course
Along with the inspirational Michael Mallows and the brilliant Marian
Way, we're looking for a highly motivated group of people who will bring
their own outcomes, expertise and skills to this year long
transformational coaching endeavour and who really want to make things
happen.
Below are some of the outcomes of people already signed up for the programme:
• I'd like to be a catalyst for sustainable change in my workplace and in my own life
• I'd like to develop my staff teams so that they are able to be
positive, agile thinkers able to coach one another and come out of the
next year, stronger, more creative and with great communication skills.
• I have plans to change the world. I want some dedicated time to focus on turning those plans into reality.
• I'd like to spend a year clarifying my core values and orchestrating a
career change so that my work is something I'm passionate about again.
• I've trained in NLP, Coaching and Clean and now I want to be able to
bring these models congruently and successfully into other areas of my
work and life.
This advanced coaching group will meet approximately one weekend a month
from 29th & 30th October 2011 at Quantum House near Euston Station
in London.
We’ll cover the latest processes in: systemic facilitation of groups,
‘clean’ coaching, peer coaching, emergent knowledge and NLP. You’ll
develop your skills in these processes with in-the-moment feedback and
coaching.
As you develop your outcomes, big pictures and step by step actions
you’ll have peer coaching networks to keep you reflecting on how things
are going, to update your outcomes and to keep you focussed on just what
you’d like to have happen next.

P.S. If you like certificates and continuous professional development;
we’ll be offering formal qualifications in NLP, ILM Levels 3 or 5 in
Coaching and Mentoring @ Work and the Clean Facilitator programme. The
NLP is included in the course and the ILM and Clean are subject to
